Creativity is for everybody

Art and design have been a very important part of my life. It has helped me develop projects, businesses and a better way to make decisions and create solutions for everyday life. This is thanks to creativity.

Everybody is creative, but, do you have to be a designer or artist to be someone with imagination? No.

Creativity can be applied to everything is just a matter of recognizing you have the capacity to build something. You can be a chef, engineer, lawyer anything! Thinking about things and consider possibilities is being creative.

People go around thinking that creative people are a bunch of hippies, but let me tell you something, I went to design school in Mexico city and yes it was filled with “weird” people who aren’t considered “normal” in this country and I was judged all the time because I wore knee socks everyday to school instead of a high fashion track suit. That’s not normal either! but I do know that the creative brain is a part of us that makes us have new solutions and create a new way to see and live life to the fullest. That’s why each generation is different because us as humans, have the capacity to make new things for this world.

Creativity is something you can be born with or learn from it. If you want it, you can have it like anything in life, only you have to work to obtain what you want to have. Being creative is a huge gift from the universe. We should all know we have the capacity to build things in any shape or form through creativity.
